Our communications staff has provided quality communications output to public interest organisations since 1977. The group also has highly qualified goods manufacturing and distribution staff with experience dating back to 1983.
Our business model is modern. We encourage our principals and senior creative staff to work at home where they feel most creative. Our production staff work in our production facilities. The company is committed to the highest level of customer satisfaction. The group operates a sophisticated, online 24/7 helpdesk to ensure our clients’ and partners’ questions are answered quickly. And there is an emergency email address that, literally, wakes up partners 24/7. This address is used in cases of extreme emergencies relating to our servers or to deliveries with hard dates.

History
For one of the teams, the journey began in 1977. For another, it began in 1948. Some of the team members have spent much time studying, learning, evaluating, thinking and otherwise figuring out the best way to communicate messages that cause change. For others, their life's work has been devoted to getting a job done well and on time. The combination is a group of people who can talk when they have to, listen because it's crucial and, ultimately, produce the necessary output.
Principals
mondofragilis group companies, affiliates and subsidiairies are lead by a team of passionate partners and principals. The senior partner's start date was 1977. Many others have been with the team for over a decade. Simultaneously, younger talent is joining the team keeping us fresh and up to date.

Charter of good conduct
Responsible behaviour is paramount. We could not have worked with civil society and United Nations organisations for over 25 years without a credible commitment. We now wish to formalise this commitment by making public a charter that we use to make decisions. If a client asks us to do something, or if a staff member suggests a course of action that is contrary to our charter, we simply will not proceed.
