Principals

Giray, has been analysing and producing media output since 1977. In 1995 he analysed and helped reposition the International Herald Tribune. In 1996 he did as much with the International Organization for Migration. More recently, he helped produce UN-HABITAT's Medium Term Strategic and Institutional Plan. He has written An Overview of Communications and Perception Analysis and The Manual of Communications and Perception. Giray is the group’s executive producer overseeing the production of film projects such as Women are..., Cancer is..., and major campaigns such as the World AIDS Campaign. He is also an accomplished photographer with shoots in Chechnya during the war, the Canadian Arctic, the Sahara, Tajikistan, Albania, Uganda and several dozen other countries. His work is featured on mondolibrary.

He is married with two daughters.

Richard was born into the printing and communications business. His father was a renowned printer. Indeed, when Richard took over the company, Imprimerie des Arts Graphiques, his job was not so much to grow the company, but to keep it on top.

Fortunately, Richard, and his wife Delphine, have been successful at it. Their firm, created by his father in 1948, has consistently satisfied a broad range of clients all over Europe.

Of course, mondofragilis was thrilled when Richard accepted to merge IAG with the mondofragilis group and rebaptise it into 'naturaprint'. Richard is now the group's general manager.

Delphine is the consummate customer-centric manager. Her friendly tone and consistent desire to satisfy the most demanding requests is legend. Maybe it's character-based, or maybe it's a result of the rigour learnt from her early scientific studies.

Delphine's value obviously goes far beyond her customer skills. Delphine has over twenty years of printing and communications experience. As partner and shareholder of Imprimerie des Arts Grahiques, Delphine developed a high-level understanding of the entire printing and communications process. Ask Delphine to produce a printing plate and she can. Ask her to manage the campaign, she'll do so just as well. Delphine is also a big picture person. Her ability to understand complete workflows makes her an exceptional, large project manager.

Delphine is now kept busy managing our finance and administration as well as taking care of her closely knit five member household and fuelling her athletic drive.

Franck is our studio director and senior art director. His uncanny ability to provide consistently successful output puts Mondofragilis in the higher bracket of creative agencies. His broad skill set includes illustration, painting, design, graphics and photography direction.

Franck was also the Art Director on a 3D animation series aired on Disney / SuperRTL. Most recently, he has adopted the internet and produces both designs and animations. He is the pivotal person in all creative projects. Franck overseas mondofragilis international creative staff and freelance designers.

Franck's first and eternal passion is art. He is an accomplished painter.

Add a Masters in Sociology with a Masters in Human Resources and you get someone who understands human behavior at home, at work or in life. This knowledge makes Caroline an incredible asset to the analysis team. Add to this great knowledge base, Grenoble as your birth place and you get someone who loves nature and what nature stands for. Finally, add a passion for human contact and you get the perfect person to take over our Swiss operations.

Caroline is responsible for all mondofragilis group customer relations outside France. She also spends some of her time on international strategic and analysis projects, more particularly those that have a human relations component.

Born and raised in Germany, Michael thrives on working in an international environment. The inclusion of intercultural elements in his work nourishes his passion for communications.

While still in Europe, Michael worked as a communications consultant for the European Centre for Conflict Prevention. He also supported communication activities of UNAIDS and the German AIDS foundation.

After having received his Master in International Communication Management in the Netherlands, he settled over to Sao Paulo from where he's now managing mondofragilis américa latina.

Born and raised in Nairobi, Jamie completed his primary and secondary education in Kenya before completing a BSc (Hons) in Management Sciences with a concentration in Economics from the University of Warwick, England.

Upon completion of his degree Jamie moved to Chiba, Japan where he worked as a Foreign Language Teacher in a private school.

In 2004 Jamie pursued his passion for film and moved to New York City where he completed a one year intensive program in film production. Experienced in film and documentary making, versed in researching, writing and producing,

Jamie returned to Nairobi in 2007 where he plans to use his unique blend of local knowledge and foreign experience for mondofragilis africa.

Fabrice is our technical director. He combines real–world programming experience with meticulous technical management skills.

Fabrice oversees all Mondofragilis network technical decisions. His responsibilities include our internet operations and media production equipment.

Fabrice is both a good manager and a highly trained programmer. His skills allow him to effectively evaluate and approve his programmers' recommendations.

Of note, Fabrice exemplifies mondofragilis group's attachment to quality of life. When Fabrice expressed an interest in moving away from the core group and living in Southwestern France, just next to a WWF lodge, we agreed. He now works from home, permanently connected to our servers, other staff and technical administrators via a redundant broadband connection.

Anne began her photographic career in the British Royal Navy, specialising in Public Relations photography. Highlights included assignments as chief Navy photographer to Lord Mountbatten’s funeral, prince Charles and Lady Diana’s wedding, and the Royal Tournament. She was subsequently posted to the Directorate of Public Relations Navy, the Navy’s premier PR post.

After leaving the Royal Navy Anne managed a photographic studio with a staff of 6. Her work has been widely published in Ideal Home, Period Living, Country Life and Country Living magazines. Anne’s latest photographic assignment was with the UK Ministry of Defence, where she primarily photographed senior officials from diplomats to top military staff and politicians.

Additional photography assignments have included such celebrities as Lord Snowdon, Lord Litchfield, David Bailey and Koo Stark.

Anne now heads the mondofragilis and messaggio studios photo team using the companies' vast equipment inventory.

Véronique loves math. Yes she does. But she also loves motorcycles; go figure.

Anyway, good thing she likes math because Véronique handles the group's accounting and logistics. She is also responsible for payroll and tax issues.

Véronique is also the co-manager of the printing facility.

Youth and creativity are an optimal mix. Add to that some very muscular learning and you have Florence.

Florence has, indeed, studied and excelled in some very prestigious art schools. She completed a five-year creative arts programme, a two-year photography programme, a one-year applied arts programme in architecure, fashion, graphics, industrial design and art history and finally a two-year visual communications course at the École supérieure de Condé in Lyon.

Florence joined the naturaprint team in 2004 and now heads both the naturaprint and mondofragilis france creative teams. In the few years she has been with us, it is obvious to the team and clients that behind a very discreet facade lies a highly talented and motivated artist.

Ricardo, born in São Paulo (Brazil), holds a BS in Advertising & Marketing and Photograph and a post-graduate degree in APG (Advanced Management Program). His artistic skills and passions include manual and digital illustration, graphic design, photography, comics as well as writing. He speaks Portuguese and is conversant in English.

Ricardo loves outdoor activities including scuba diving. He cares about nature and ecology. He is also very concerned about human issues, especially psychological and social development. He even created a board game focusing on personal development.

Séverine was not born in a printing facility but if you didn't know it you would think she was. Séverine has worked in practically every position. She can print, produce plates and films. She even knows how to develop old style films. Before joining us, she actually worked in a Kodak facility. Let's say that if anyone was sick anywhere in the shop, Séverine could fill in.

Within the facility, Séverine is responsible for preproduction, basically all the steps in between design and printing. Most notably, she handles all prepress and platemaking.

Did we mention that she also loves to paint? Séverine is an accomplished abstract painter.

In keeping with mondofragilis tradition, Céline is highly qualified. She brings a high degree of expertise that helps clients go beyond their initial expectation. Indeed, with her CV, to say she understands communications is an understatement. Beyond servicing her client base, she injects a high degree of guidance.

Céline graduated from several prestigious French institutions including Hypokhâgne et khâgne, École de journalisme CELSA and the Sorbonne. She worked as a journalist for 3 years including with Europe 1. Most recently, she was the press relations officer for a major French resort.

Céline has French, but also Italian origins and speaks English fluently.

Manoela was born in Porto Alegre, south of Brazil. Manoela speaks Portuguese, English and is conversant in Spanish.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Communication and is currently specializing in Management of Public Interest Organizations. She has been working with communication tools for the Public Interest sector since 2000, and while living in the US and the UK, acquired great experience in marketing research techniques (both quali and quanti) and project management. The issues which interest her most are women’s rights, sustainable development in the Latin American context and the use of scientific research to overcome global problems.

She enjoys music, photography, horseback riding and camping.

Gilles hails from Belgium. He came to mondofragilis with a masters in social communications with a specialisation in journalism and public awareness. His stints with Greenpeace, the European Network for Central Africa and Broederlijk Delen in Belgium exposed him to advocacy and fundraising campaigns.

Gilles assists Giray with mondofragilis media, strategy and analysis projects. Notably, he recently circumnavigated the globe helping Giray during the filming of Cancer is...

Rodney was one of the group's two original founding partners in 1977. His support, vision and passion kept the team on track until a tragic day in July 1997. Rodney passed away leaving a major gap in the family. To this day, he is missed and appreciated by all those who worked with him.

Rodney was born in Port au Prince, Haiti. He was raised in Montreal, Canada.
