World AIDS Day is less than two weeks away
Press release on the 2007 twentieth World AIDS Day and the World AIDS Campaign whose materials have been fully conceived and produced in our facilities.
This December 1 will mark the twentieth World AIDS Day. Once again, HIV and AIDS activists are calling on all of us to support the 40 million people living with HIV worldwide. The theme for World AIDS Day 2007 is leadership. Only through leadership, both at the policy level and as citizens, can the fight remain strong.
This year’s World AIDS Campaign materials were, for the third consecutive year, conceived and printed in a mondofragilis group facility nested in the French Alps. “We could not be prouder. Being chosen to counsel and provide the World AIDS Campaign with campaign tools is an honour,“ says Cemil Giray Alyanak, mondofragilis group Senior Partner and Master Analyst. “We feel the burden of our task knowing full well that our work aims to cause change, not just look good. Campaign materials must have impact, period.”
This year’s campaign materials include international publications, guidelines for national materials as well as the World AIDS Campaign website and a new 30-second television broadcast public service announcement. All World AIDS Campaign materials were printed on recycled paper using vegetable inks. Shipping and distribution choices were also made using the environment as a key parameter.
mondofragilis group appeals to the media to deliver the 2007 World AIDS Campaign message of leadership to the public: “Take the Lead!”.
