3.0 already?
About three weeks ago, we upgraded the look and feel of our site. It went from a version 2.1 to a 2.2. Well, in just three weeks, here is our brand new site, but this time it's much more than a cosmetic upgrade.
The entire team has worked really hard at this upgrade. It was more than just a technical upgrade, it was a full overhaul. We first examined our needs. We looked at traffic patterns within the site. We asked our clients and partners what they liked and disliked. In short, we did our homework.
The result was clear. Our clients wanted more, not less. Our favorite comment was that our site had so much interesting content already, that having a little bit more was welcome.
We wanted our site to continue being a reflection of who we are.
Indeed, our goal was not to just make a pretty site. We wanted our site to continue being a reflection of who we are. We wanted it to be open and encourage dialogue. Hence our new forum. We also wanted to better describe what we do so we revamped the entire services section. We hope that it is clearer now.
We have also seized the opportunity of this upgrade to formalise how we name our companies and divisions. With the creation of a separate mondofragilis africa, this was important. As of now, separate mondofragilis companies will be names mondofragilis xyz. Divisions of mondofragilis network, will for example be written as follows: mondofragilis network (Switzerland). If one day the Swiss company is created, it would become mondofragilis switzerland.
