Ice cream packaging enters production

It's finally happening. The labels are being printed, the containers have been ordered and the ingredients are being mixed.

Indeed, mondofragilis alternatives first product launch is now about two months away. That is how long we believe it will take to put out our first batch. They should be in French supermarkets, we hope, by December.

Many have told us that it is a weird time to launch ice cream. Frankly, we need to ramp up production for the summer and so it made sense to launch during the winter months. It will also give us a chance to get out to sufficient stores.

Our first client is a major French supermarket chain. We will be announcing who when the product reaches the stores but suffice it to say that we are extremely pleased that after taste tests and critical analysis they have agreed to put us in their freezers. It's hard to get into supermarkets these days and to have been selected so quickly is great news.

A special thank you to the Glaces des Alpes team in Allonzier la Caille. They are our master craftsmen who have skilfully produced our recipes.
